Payment
All payments must be made prior to the session in order to confirm the session time. Sessions are payable by electronic bank transfer. The full fee will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. All packages are payable upfront without refund.

How long does it take?
Each individual goes through their own process so the length of time varies. On average, clients work with April for 2-6 months then followed with monthly check-ins. The most change happens with clients that can commit to once per week for the first 2-3 months. From there, some clients may complete a session once or twice per month, while others will continue weekly. This variation of time really depends on the individual and where they are at in their process.
When will you see improvements?
Your greatest improvements will happen when you consistently show up for yourself and are committed to the process. When we have a lightbulb moment and see something in ourselves we want to work through, we can get excited and want to be fixed immediately. There is no immediate remedy that can be achieved in one session: however, you can feel a powerful shift in your mind-set if you allow yourself to dive into the process and your true self.
